Terms & Conditions

Version 3.3 · Effective 5 September 2026

01 · Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of CHECKLL, including its trust scoring engine, protected-payment service, marketplace, and all related features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Who operates CHECKLL. The Platform is operated by CHECKLL SARL, a limited liability company (société à responsabilité limitée) registered in Cameroon under RCCM No. CM-NSI-01-2026-B13-00691, with its registered office at Camp-David-Oyomabang, Yaoundé, Cameroon ("CHECKLL", "we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected] (see §22).

02 · What Is CHECKLL?

CHECKLL is a character and trust intelligence platform that helps individuals and businesses verify the reliability and professional credibility of people they work with. It provides:

Note: Trust Scores are informational only. They do not constitute legal certifications or guarantees of character. Apply independent judgment before entering any professional or financial relationship.

03 · Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Protected Payment and marketplace features.

The Platform may be used with a CHECKLL account (recommended) or, in a limited offline mode, on a single device only. When you use an account you sign in securely, and your profile, documents and records are stored on CHECKLL's servers (see §12) so that they are available across your devices and can be disclosed to parties you authorise. You are responsible for keeping your device and any sign-in credentials secure.

You must provide accurate, truthful information including your full name, date of birth, occupation, country, and city. Submitting false identity information is a material breach of these Terms.

Profile listing & visibility (consent). By generating your Trust Score report, you consent to your public profile — your name, occupation, city/country and public Trust Score — being listed in CHECKLL's searchable directory, so that verified employers, lenders and insurers can find you. Your full report and supporting documents remain private and are disclosed only to parties you specifically approve.

Accountability — your record is permanent. CHECKLL is an accountability platform. You may request to be hidden from the public directory only if you have no completed transactions, no open disputes, and no active safety flags. Once you have transacted on the Platform (e.g. completed a trade or job, received feedback, or been the subject of a complaint, dispute or safety report), your record cannot be erased: your transaction history, ratings, complaints, disputes and safety reports are retained permanently and remain available to parties you have dealt with and to CHECKLL for fraud- and abuse-prevention. Hiding, deleting, or attempting to remove your profile to evade complaints, disputes, or accountability is a material breach of these Terms and may result in suspension and your identity being flagged on the Platform.

04 · Trust Score System

Your Trust Score (out of a maximum of 10) is built from several weighted components, listed here from most to least influential:

Referee ratings are collected across five character dimensions: Responsible with other people's money, Good time-keeping and reliability, Respect for the law, Takes responsibility, and Loyalty — each rated 1–10.

The referee-based components are measured out of a full set of five referees: the more of your five referees who vouch for you, the higher your score. A referee's signed declaration and verified selfie count as their supporting evidence. Only independently verified referees (submitted from the referee's own device) count toward your score. The precise weightings are set by CHECKLL and may be adjusted over time to keep the score fair and resistant to manipulation — referee-based trust always carries the most weight.

For each low rating (≤2 out of 10) from a distinct employer or buyer who actually hired or transacted with you, your score is reduced by 5% multiplicatively. Ratings not linked to a genuine, separate hiring or trading relationship do not affect your score.

05 · Referee System

Each profile supports up to 5 referees. Each referee may provide an ID proof and a relationship proof document to maximise the score contribution. You must obtain consent from each referee before submitting their personal information.

You must not falsify, inflate, or fabricate referee ratings. Doing so constitutes fraud and is a material breach of these Terms.

Electronic signatures & consent. Referee declarations are signed electronically. By typing your full legal name and confirming, you consent to sign electronically and adopt that typed name as your signature, agreeing it carries the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature. Each electronic signature is bound to the signer's verified identity (a live selfie and a contact phone number, and — where the in-app flow is used — an identity document), the consent given, and a date-and-time stamp. You also consent to receive related records electronically.

Referee identity, contact & biometrics. A referee provides their own live selfie (processed by facial-recognition technology to confirm they are a real, distinct person — not the profile owner — and to detect re-used or fraudulent referees) and a contact phone number, so the referee can be identified and reached if a reference is disputed. Referees invited by email or link give their reference and signed declaration on their own device, so the reference is independently verified. Before inviting a referee, you must obtain their consent to provide their information and selfie and to this processing; the referee also confirms their own consent when they submit. A referee declaration is provided by the referee themselves: CHECKLL facilitates and records it but does not guarantee its accuracy or legal validity, and any verifier must complete their own due diligence before relying on it (see §13).

A reference reflects the referee's knowledge at the time, and may be withdrawn. A reference is an ongoing endorsement, not a permanent record. A referee may withdraw their reference at any time — through their original invitation link, from within the app if they are a registered user (under "References I've given"), or by requesting their links by email. On withdrawal the reference is removed from the subject's score and report (the subject's score may fall accordingly), the withdrawing referee's identity is not disclosed to the subject, and the withdrawal is retained for audit and safety purposes. A referee is not a guarantor of the subject's future conduct. If a referee withdraws because they became aware of misconduct, abuse, or a crime, that information is shared only with CHECKLL for review through the consent-gated complaint process and is not published on any profile.

06 · Score Penalties

Cancellation of a held order — Seller cancellation. If a seller cancels a held order, the full amount is refunded to the buyer and a light 5% reliability reduction (×0.95), labelled "TRADE CANCELLED", applies — recovering after 3 successful trades.

Buyer cancellation. Once the buyer has paid, the order is locked and the buyer cannot cancel at will. The buyer may reschedule or obtain a full refund only where the seller is at fault — that is, if the seller indicates they cannot deliver, or the agreed delivery deadline passes without delivery. There is no cancellation fee and no morality-score penalty in these cases. How a delivered order is released or disputed is set out in §07.

Frequent cancellations. A single cancellation carries no score penalty, but a pattern of frequent cancellations is tracked over a rolling period. Where your recent cancellation rate is high, a coarse reliability indicator may be shown to a prospective counterparty before they agree to a trade with you, and the pattern may be flagged for review. Exact figures are not disclosed; the indicator reflects your own activity and decays as you complete trades.

Combined Penalties. Where more than one penalty applies, they stack multiplicatively (for example Score × 0.95 for a cancellation); each penalty recovers independently.

07 · Protected Payment

The Escrow Service protects buyers by holding payment with our licensed partner until delivery is confirmed. Order status flows: Awaiting Agreement → Held → In Transit → Released. If the buyer reports a problem, the order enters Delivery Disputed and is resolved as set out below.

Funding & commitment. Buyers fund the order by mobile money through our licensed payment partner, who holds the funds until delivery is confirmed. Payment is made when the order is created — after you and the seller have agreed the price and delivery in chat — and it is the buyer's payment that locks the order and starts the delivery deadline. There is no separate "both agree" step: paying is the commitment.

Cancellation after payment. Once paid, the buyer cannot cancel at will. The buyer may reschedule or obtain a full refund only where the seller is at fault — that is, if the seller indicates they cannot deliver, or the agreed delivery deadline passes without delivery. There is no cancellation fee in these seller-fault cases.

Same-city (in-person) delivery — release by code. For orders handed over in person, each order carries a private delivery code held by the buyer. At handover the buyer gives this code to the seller, who enters it to confirm the genuine buyer received the item and to release the held payment (less the platform fee). The buyer should share the code only once the item is in their hands — the code authorises payment and must never be shared before a satisfactory handover.

Shipped / travel-agency delivery — release by time window. For orders sent by a carrier or travel agency, the seller posts a shipping receipt when the item is dispatched. From that moment the buyer has 120 hours (5 days) to collect the item and either confirm receipt (which pays the seller immediately) or report a problem / halt the payment if the item has not arrived. If the buyer does neither within 120 hours, the buyer is deemed to have received the item and the payment automatically releases to the seller. It is the buyer's responsibility to collect and confirm, or to halt payment, within this window.

Disputes & the sign-off review window. If the buyer halts a shipped order, the seller may submit a delivery sign-off — for example the carrier's or agency's signed collection record. The buyer is then shown that sign-off and has 72 hours to confirm it (releasing payment) or contest it (for example, if it is not their signature or they never collected). If the buyer does neither within 72 hours, payment automatically releases to the seller. If the buyer contests, the order is held for CHECKLL review, which weighs both sides' evidence and refunds the buyer, releases the seller, or splits the amount. CHECKLL does not apply an automatic penalty for reporting a problem.

Timeouts & late delivery. An offer that the other party does not accept within 3 days is automatically cancelled and fully refunded to the buyer, with no fee. Late delivery accrues a penalty of 5% per 24 hours (to a maximum of 95%), refunded to the buyer from the held amount; an approved force-majeure extension (up to 72 hours) pauses this penalty. Lost or stolen shipments are handled under the dispute-resolution process above. The Platform is not a licensed escrow or payment institution; it instructs a licensed partner that custodies the funds.

08 · Payments & Your Earnings

Payments on CHECKLL are collected, held, and disbursed by our licensed payment partner, not by CHECKLL. When you buy, you pay by mobile money (or card) and the partner holds that payment until delivery is confirmed, then pays the seller. CHECKLL does not operate a stored-value account and does not hold a balance of your money. Your "Earnings" screen is a read-only record of payments received and orders in progress — not a wallet you deposit into or withdraw from.

All payments between users go through Protected Payment so both sides are covered; you cannot send money to another user through CHECKLL, and you should never pay anyone outside it. CHECKLL is a trust and protected-payment facilitator — not a bank, licensed money transmitter, or e-money issuer — and it does not take custody of user funds. No interest is paid on amounts held pending delivery.

Currency & exchange rates. You may view prices and balances in a display currency of your choice. Conversions shown in the app are calculated at indicative exchange rates and are provided for guidance only. Where a transaction involves currency conversion, the final amount charged or settled is determined by the live exchange rate at the time of payment and may differ from the indicative price displayed. CHECKLL does not control, and is not responsible for, exchange-rate fluctuations, any conversion performed by your bank, card issuer or mobile-money provider, or related conversion fees. By proceeding with a trade or payment, you accept the final converted amount.

Real-money escrow is live. Escrow orders are processed with real money through our licensed payment partner (pawaPay), who collects the buyer's mobile-money payment, holds the funds, and pays the seller on confirmed delivery. CHECKLL never holds your funds itself — it instructs the licensed partner, which custodies the money.

09 · Marketplace

Users may list services and products across permitted categories including Crafts & Trades, Engineering, Web & App Development, Design, Agriculture, Food & Beverages, Beauty & Health, Clothing & Fashion, Translation, and Marketing.

Prohibited: Illegal goods, counterfeit items, weapons, controlled substances, financial instruments, adult content, or any content infringing third-party rights.

Your right to sell. When you list an item or service, you represent and warrant that: (a) you own it, or otherwise have the full legal right to sell it; (b) it is genuine and lawfully obtained, and is not stolen, counterfeit, or subject to any lien or third-party claim; (c) the sale and your description comply with all applicable laws; and (d) it infringes no third party's ownership, intellectual-property, or other rights. You are solely responsible for the legality, authenticity, ownership, and description of everything you list, and you will indemnify CHECKLL against any claim arising from a breach of these warranties.

Disclosure to authorities. You understand and agree that where the law requires it, or where a claim or credible report is made that an item you listed or sold was stolen or otherwise unlawfully acquired, CHECKLL may disclose your identity together with the related listing and transaction records to law-enforcement, a court, or other competent authority — in response to a valid legal request, or where necessary to comply with the law, prevent or investigate fraud or crime, or protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.

CHECKLL is not a party to your sale. The marketplace lets users list, discover, and pay safely through escrow, but the contract of sale is solely between buyer and seller. CHECKLL does not own, possess, inspect, appraise, or take title to any item, and does not verify its legality, authenticity, quality, condition, or the seller's ownership of it. Before agreeing to buy, buyers should satisfy themselves as to the item's legality, authenticity, condition, and the seller's right to sell it — using the seller's verified profile, the photos and description, the in-app chat, and any other reasonable checks. Escrow protects the transaction (funds release to the seller only after the buyer confirms delivery); it is not a guarantee of the item's legality, quality, or fitness for purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHECKLL is not liable for the legality, authenticity, quality, or condition of any item, or for any dispute between buyer and seller.

Shipping & risk of loss: Buyers and sellers should ship through a reputable travel/bus agency or courier, which typically covers a parcel up to the value declared to that agency. Sellers should declare the full agreed price to the agency (not to CHECKLL) so the parcel is fully covered, and buyers are further encouraged to insure their goods for added protection. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon confirmed delivery. For parcels sent without a declared value or insurance, neither the seller nor CHECKLL is liable if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit — the buyer carries that risk. CHECKLL is an escrow and trust platform, not a carrier or insurer.

Listing visibility & hygiene. Only active listings appear on the public marketplace — sold and paused listings are hidden. To keep the marketplace current, a listing that stays inactive (not posted or updated) for 90 days is automatically hidden from the board; you can bring it back at any time by editing it.

10 · Platform Fees

The buyer pays a clean agreed price. The seller absorbs the transaction fees, which are shown to the seller as their take-home amount before they set a price. These fees comprise the mobile-money and transfer charges levied by the networks and the payment partner, plus a small CHECKLL margin (currently 1%). Escrow runs near cost — it exists to make trading safe, not as a profit centre.

Non-refundable fees on cancellation or refund. The mobile-money and transfer fees are paid to the networks and the payment partner and cannot be recovered. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the buyer is returned their payment minus those non-recoverable fees, and CHECKLL retains its margin. CHECKLL does not absorb or reimburse these fees. This is disclosed to the buyer before payment and again if they start a cancellation. Additional effort-based cancellation terms appear in §06.

Salary payments (payroll). When an employer pays a worker's salary through the Platform, the worker receives the exact agreed salary amount with no deduction — the full amount is deposited to the worker's mobile-money account. The employer bears every cost on top of the salary: the mobile-money and transfer charges on both the collection and the payout, plus a CHECKLL service fee of 2% of the salary. This total is disclosed to the employer before they confirm the payment. Any later cash withdrawal the worker chooses to make at a mobile-money agent is a separate charge levied by their own network and is outside CHECKLL's control. If a salary payment cannot be completed and is refunded, the CHECKLL 2% service fee is refunded to the employer; only the non-recoverable network and transfer charges are retained by the networks.

Paid character & credit reports. Unlocking a full character or credit report is a one-time payment that opens the subject's report for six (6) months from the date of payment. During that period you may re-open the report at no extra charge. After six months, opening the report again is a new report unlock. The free public verification page (current score via QR) is unaffected.

The Platform reserves the right to revise fee rates. Changes apply to escrow transactions created after the effective date of the change.

11 · Prohibited Conduct

Content moderation & removal. Listings, photos and other user content may be reported by users and reviewed by CHECKLL. CHECKLL may remove any content and suspend or ban any account that violates these Terms, at its discretion and without notice. You are solely responsible and liable for everything you upload. Where content appears to involve illegal activity — in particular child sexual abuse material — CHECKLL will remove it and report it, with the associated account information, to law-enforcement or the relevant authorities as required or permitted by law. To protect your privacy, CHECKLL strips location (GPS/EXIF) metadata from uploaded photos.

12 · Data, Privacy & Storage

How your data is stored. When you use a CHECKLL account, your data — including your profile information, photos, identity and proof documents, referee declarations, your selfie and the facial-recognition data derived from it, wallet, escrow and marketplace records, and activity logs — is stored on CHECKLL's secure cloud servers (currently provided by our infrastructure partner, Supabase) and protected by access controls. A limited offline mode keeps data only in your browser's localStorage on that device; in offline mode there is no account recovery and clearing your browser data permanently deletes that session.

Who can access your data. Access is restricted. Authorised CHECKLL staff may access your data only as needed to operate the Platform, review complaints and disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law; such access is role-restricted and recorded in an internal activity log. Other users see only what you authorise — your public directory listing (§3) and any full report you specifically approve. CHECKLL does not sell your personal data.

Minimal visibility & candidate discovery. By creating a CHECKLL profile you agree that a minimal listing of you — your given name and family initial, your trade or occupation, your city and country, and a coarse trust band — may be shown to registered employers and verified institutions (such as banks) who search by trade and location to hire or lend, and to counterparties you transact with. This is core to how CHECKLL connects people with work and credit. Your exact score, full report and contact details stay private until you consent (§3). If you would rather not appear in that proactive search, you can hide yourself at any time using the "Open to work" control on your report screen ("Who Can See My Character Report"). Hiding is not the same as leaving. It removes you from proactive discovery only; it does not erase your record or your accountability. Consistent with §3 — which prevents deleting your profile once you have traded or been rated — a hidden profile remains findable by name to verified institutions, is still returned on consent-based report requests, and stays fully visible to anyone you have already dealt with. Hiding reduces the opportunities that reach you; it never lets you escape your history.

Where you submit information about third parties (referees, counterparties), you confirm you have their consent and a lawful basis to do so. CHECKLL acts as the controller of the data held on its servers for the purposes described in these Terms and §21.

Payment processing. When you fund or receive an escrow payment, your mobile-money number and transaction details are shared with our licensed payment partner, pawaPay, which processes the collection, holding and payout of funds as an independent licensed payment provider in order to complete your transaction. CHECKLL does not hold your funds and does not receive or store your mobile-money PIN. pawaPay processes this data under its own terms and applicable financial regulation.

Subject to the permanent-record rules in §3 and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data through the contact channel in §22.

Contact phone (required). A valid phone number with country code is required for workers, buyers, sellers, employers and institutions (banks/insurers). We use it to reach you about your account and activity, and for security. Your in-app chat keeps your number private — no number is shown to the other party. A voice call is optional: if you choose to request a callback, you consent to share your number with that specific counterparty so they can call you back. Referees also provide a contact phone. Your number is not shown publicly.

Cookies & local storage. CHECKLL does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The app relies on your browser's local storage (and similar device storage) for strictly necessary purposes only — keeping you signed in, remembering your language and settings, holding drafts, and showing your wallet/escrow display. Our service providers may set strictly-necessary storage to deliver the service: Supabase (accounts and sign-in) and Netlify (hosting). Because this storage is essential to run the app and is not used for advertising or tracking, no separate consent banner is shown. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings (note that, in offline mode, this permanently deletes that session).

13 · Disclaimers & Limitations

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Trust Scores reflect data inputs only and do not constitute endorsements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHECKLL shall not be liable for losses arising from reliance on a Trust Score, data loss due to browser clearing, failed escrow transactions, or fraudulent conduct by other users.

Facilitator only — verify before you decide. CHECKLL is a platform that facilitates the collection and sharing of references; it is not a background-screening, identity-verification, or legal-certification service. References, referee declarations and profile information are provided by users and referees themselves. Although CHECKLL applies automated checks (such as face and liveness checks and capturing a referee contact number), it does not guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness, completeness, the true identity behind, or the legal validity or enforceability of any reference or referee self-signed declaration — including where a declaration is later found to be incomplete, inaccurate, signed under a wrongful or false name, or otherwise not legally binding. Any employer, lender, insurer or other party remains solely responsible for carrying out their own independent verification and final due diligence, and for any hiring, lending, insurance or other decision they make. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHECKLL is not liable for any loss arising from such decisions or from reliance on any reference, declaration, score or profile.

14 · Amendments & Governing Law

The Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the Platform operator. CHECKLL's initial market is Cameroon, and the Platform is also used by members of the African diaspora abroad. Where you access the Platform from a country whose laws grant you mandatory consumer-protection rights, those rights also apply to you, regardless of the governing law stated above.

15 · Intellectual Property & Your Content

All intellectual property in the Platform — including its software, source code, design, user interface, the CHECKLL name, logo and branding, and the trust-scoring methodology — is owned by CHECKLL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

CHECKLL grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its data.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (your profile information, photos, documents and the referee information you are authorised to provide). By submitting content you grant CHECKLL a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce and display that content as necessary to operate the Platform and provide its services, including generating de-identified referee summaries for parties you have authorised. You confirm that you hold all rights and consents required to submit that content.

16 · Termination & Suspension

You may stop using the Platform at any time, and you may close your account from within the app (☰ More menu → "Close my account"). Closing removes your sign-in and your personal contact details. If you have no completed dealings, your profile and data are permanently deleted. If you have completed dealings, your account is closed but your transaction and accountability records are retained, as described in Section 3 (Accountability — your record is permanent) and as required by law.

CHECKLL may suspend, restrict or terminate your access — with or without notice — if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, abuse or unlawful activity, create risk for other users, or where required to comply with law.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including record retention, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and dispute resolution — continue to apply after your access ends.

17 · Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CHECKLL, its operators, officers, employees and partners from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, the content you submit, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

18 · Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and CHECKLL, you agree to first attempt to resolve it in good faith by contacting CHECKLL (Section 22) so the parties can seek an amicable solution.

If the dispute is not resolved within a reasonable period, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration or by the competent courts of the seat to be confirmed, under the governing law stated in Section 14. Where permitted by law, you and CHECKLL agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in a class or representative action. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country.

Disputes about specific ratings or transactions on the Platform are handled through the in-app dispute and appeal process.

19 · Force Majeure

CHECKLL is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where the failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, failures of power, internet or telecommunications networks, or acts of government or regulatory authorities.

20 · Third-Party Services & Links

The Platform may integrate with, reference, or link to third-party services and websites, including payment processors and the financial or insurance partners to whom CHECKLL may introduce you. CHECKLL does not control and is not responsible for the content, products, policies or practices of any third party, and your dealings with them are at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

Where CHECKLL introduces you to a financial or insurance provider, it acts solely as an introducer for a flat referral fee. CHECKLL does not provide financial, legal, investment or insurance advice and does not recommend any specific product. Any decision you make with a third-party provider is your own.

21 · Data Protection & Biometric Data

Data controller. The controller responsible for your personal data is CHECKLL SARL (RCCM No. CM-NSI-01-2026-B13-00691), Camp-David-Oyomabang, Yaoundé, Cameroon — contactable at [email protected].

CHECKLL processes personal data to operate the Platform. This includes special-category biometric data — the facial-recognition data derived from your selfie — which is used solely to verify that your selfie matches your identity document and to detect duplicate, fraudulent or banned accounts.

CHECKLL relies on your explicit consent and its legitimate interest in preventing fraud as the basis for this processing. Your data is retained for as long as necessary for these purposes and to meet the Platform's accountability and legal obligations. You have rights to access and correct your data, and to object to or request deletion of it, except where retention is required by Section 3 (permanent records) or by law.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, with appropriate safeguards. Full details are set out in CHECKLL's Privacy Policy.

22 · Notices & Complaints

CHECKLL may give you notices through the Platform or using the contact details you provide. You may contact CHECKLL, or raise a complaint, by email at [email protected].

Complaints about specific ratings or transactions should be raised through the in-app dispute process, where they are logged and reviewed.

23 · General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. CHECKLL's failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with any policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and CHECKLL regarding the Platform. CHECKLL may assign or transfer these Terms; you may not assign them without CHECKLL's prior written consent. These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights, and section headings are for convenience only.

Governing language. These Terms may be made available in more than one language for your convenience. If there is any conflict between language versions, the English version prevails and governs, subject to any mandatory rights under the law of your country.

Gender-neutral wording. In these Terms and throughout the Platform, in every language, any use of the masculine gender (or of a gendered word) is for brevity and readability only and is intended to include the feminine and all genders equally. It applies to everyone, without distinction.
